Vinyasa, Yin, Pre and Post Natal Yoga are all available via Skype. I will work with whatever props you have at home — even if it’s just a yoga mat and the wall — to create a practice tailored for you.
Possible for people wanting a private class, couples, or co-habiting friends or families.
Active, dynamic classes with a focus on moving with your breath. You can expect to break a sweat and be challenged in terms of strength and flexibility.
I want students to learn not only what to do, but why. We will spend time working on using your breath, building up strength and playing with new postures.

Passive, sedentary classes with a focus on relaxing and releasing tension - mentally and physically. You can expect to care for your joints and improve flexibility.
Yin offers a rare opportunity to be spend time with your body and your mind. I will offer a combination of instruction and quiet time during the practice.
I teach a fairly dynamic form of prenatal yoga with a focus on building strength and stability as your body goes through the changes of pregnancy.
Women sometimes feel an enormous pressure to ‘bounce back’ quickly after childbirth - even if they are mentally and physically worn out. I will spend time helping you feel at home in your body again and working with you until you feel mentally and physically comfortable to return to group classes.
Do you want your partner to be present for your private sessions? That is not a problem, just let me know in advance so that I can prepare some partner work. Just be aware that the pregnant or postpartum woman and her needs will be the focus of the session.

A clear program with sessions of increasing length, with the option to extend with further sessions

1 x 30 minute class & 1 x 40 minute class & 1 x 50 minute class & 2 x 1 hour class, all at your home - 250€ (5 classes total)
Additional 1 x 60 minute class at your home - 60€
Postnatal is offered on a private basis only
